Powerful Strategies will help you to know yourself, love yourself again, and embrace every single detail that makes you unique and bring mindfulness to your life everyday and improve the overall quality of your life. Mental health coaching is a personalized coaching plan. I spend a lot of time understanding my clients. I try my best to understand their immediate situations and their environment. The goals and objectives result through partnership between me the coach and you the client. Mental Health Coaching is specific to the client. The program is tailored to your needs. The tools used during coaching are not the same for everyone. It's dependent upon the context and the need for the mental health issue(s). For example, Therapeutic journaling and practicing gratitude are just some ways used to work on your mental health. But these tools do not work on everyone. Journaling requires daily focus, which may not be possible for some people. Practicing gratitude may not be the goals of all our clients. As your mental health coach I use the techniques best for your personality.
